Public Hearing - Wild Wind Ranch Drive

Notice is hereby given that the city council of Crosslake will meet in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:00 p.m. on February 2, 2021, to consider the making of Improvement No. 2021, an improvement on Wild Wind Ranch Drive from the intersection with CSAH 103 to the end of the city-maintained portion of the street, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement includes all abutting and benefiting properties to/from Wild Wind Ranch Drive.  The estimated total cost of the improvement is $180,900. The proposed assessment per equivalent benefited lot is $4,000. The proposed improvements include full-depth pavement reclamation, subgrade soil correction in certain areas, drainage improvements, bituminous paving and standard mailbox supports.  Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
