PLANNING AND ZONING COORDINATOR

The City of Crosslake is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Planning and Zoning Coordinator.  This position is responsible for preparing and distributing materials, fulfil public notice and document publication requirements, coordinate meetings, process applications, prepare and distribute all necessary correspondence to the parties involved. Also serves as the primary administrative resource for the Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment.  This position provides technical review and administrative support in the areas of permitting, land use application and public hearings.
