Planning & Zoning Director

The City of Crosslake is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Planning and Zoning Director.  This position is responsible for the overall planning, development, implementation and administration of the Comprehensive plan, administer and enforces land use ordinances, subsurface sewage treatment system, site inspections, works with STR’s, handles complaints and issues fines, and serves as advisor to the Planning & Zoning Commission.  Minimum qualifications include Associate’s Degree in an environmentally related discipline such as environmental studies, earth sciences, land use planning or natural resources management, and 2 years of work experience or equivalent in the field of land use regulation.  The salary range is $86,112-$112,362 with an excellent benefit package.  Open until filled.  EOE.
