Pursuant to due notice and call, the City Council will hold a special meeting on Monday, February 12, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. in City Hall for the purpose of meeting regarding (1) the summary of conclusions regarding the performance evaluation of City Administrator Mike Lyonais pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.05, subd. 3a from the closed session on February 5, 2024; and (2) City Administrator Severance Pursuant to MNPEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
