Special Council Meeting

Pursuant to due notice and call, the City Council will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. in City Hall to revisit the denial of the right of way vacation request between 11797 and 11805 Whitefish Ave, to discuss status of Police Chief’s contract, to consider sending RFP’s for City Attorney, to discuss who can contact the labor attorney, discuss the makeup of the Personnel Committee, revisit the Xtona contract approved on 9/11/23, and review additional Xtona contract for update to existing contract due to additional users over last few years.
