Pursuant to due notice and call, the City Council will meet in closed session for the purpose of preliminary consideration of the Respectful Workplace Complaint, preliminary consideration of a citizen complaint against an employee, and to consider strategy for labor negotiations in City Hall on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 9:00 A.M.
