Public Hearing - Whitefish Ave, Hilltop Drive, Woodland Drive and Cool Haven Lane

Notice is hereby given that the city council of Crosslake will meet in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:00 p.m. on February 4, 2021, to consider the making of Improvement No. 2021, an improvement on Whitefish Avenue from the entrance drive to Camp Knutson east to the intersection with Manhattan Point Boulevard, Hilltop Drive, Woodland Drive and Cool Haven Lane from the intersection with South Landing Road west to the end of the city-maintained portion of the street, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement includes all abutting and benefiting properties to/from the described streets.  The estimated total cost of the improvement is $506,900. The proposed assessment per equivalent benefited lot is $1,000. The proposed improvements include bituminous overlay, localized drainage improvements and standard mailbox supports.  Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
