Public Hearing - Harbor Lane

Notice is hereby given that the city council of Crosslake will meet in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:00 p.m. on February 3, 2021, to consider the making of Improvement No. 2021, an improvement on Harbor Lane from the intersection with CSAH 16 then north approximately 1,740 feet, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement includes all abutting and benefiting properties to/from this segment of improvements of Harbor Lane.  The estimated total cost of the improvement is $161,100. The proposed assessment per equivalent benefited lot is $4,000. The proposed improvements include full-depth pavement reclamation, localized drainage improvements, bituminous paving and standard mailbox supports.  Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
